R.N.R. Yacht Charters takes pride in finding the best
possible yacht for our clients, as we will not recommend
a yacht that we have not personally inspected. When
clients initially call we endeavor to get as much
information as possible, so we can research the market to
find a "yacht" which meets your needs, whether
it is for business or family vacation. After our research we will
forward to you a selection of colored brochures of
various yachts that meet your requirements along with
crew profiles.
When the right yacht is
selected we contact the yacht or its representative to
confirm the availability.
Agreements
In the U.S.A.,
Caribbean, and Bahamas, sailing yachts usually are all
inclusive except bar and some local taxes. The motor
yacht will be plus all expenses.
The general range is
approximately 20 - 30% of the charter fee depending on
food request and cruising area. The Mediterranean terms
add expenses in some areas while other areas include
limited usage inclusive.
Booking
We will then send the
client three copies of a charter agreement stating the
yacht and price, along with the request dates and ports.
After signing the client mails back to R.N.R. Yacht
Charters
the signed agreements. The owner or owners will counter
sign the agreements and a copy forwarded on to the
client, along with food preference and request sheets.
Also more information regarding the clients more personal
request may be added. These are forwarded on to the boat
along with your phone number so the captain can contact
you prior to your departure for any last minute details.
Please use this
converter when
checking currency's as most yachts are quoted in US

the three copies of the agreement a 50% deposit is due.

date. Also one month prior to boarding it may be
necessary to pay an advanced provisioning allowance
previously discussed. All funds are paid to insure

completion of the cruise, and at any time during the
cruise can request a partial statement.
If the charter booking
is canceled after paying the deposit, the yacht will
offer the charter the same dates the following year or
